I had a great experience as a summer missionary staying and helping at Rafiki Children's Home in Kampala. I got to experience daily life there and loved the kids and the daily activities in the home! I like that its a smaller orphanage so the kids get more individuals attention and care as opposed to every large one that feels very institutionalized with the kids in the home! --- Michelle C. ,Texas USA Habitat for Humanity Nova Scotia ReStore is the one organization that truly puts action with words. There is something for everyone to do AND volunteers are received and treated with the greatest of respect.
