webmaster

I am writing a book on energy and environment. I need a volunteer webmaster to set up a website as an adjoin to promote the book as well as to form an online group for action to slow down and reverse global warming. I used "volunteer" in a loose sense because it won't be a F/T task until the book is published to sell hopefully. There is much planning to be done still and my limited budget does not allow any hiring either P/T or F/T now.
