As an established retreat centre and spiritual community, The Salt Spring Centre of Yoga offers the ideal environment for personal growth and the practice of yoga.

Do your service amid 70 acres of beautiful organic gardens, orchards, meadows and forests. Access free yoga asana, meditation, philosophy and kirtan/satsang sessions. Delicious, organic vegetarian meals included fresh from our farm.
