Reel Asian Film Festival Volunteers

Reel Asian is always looking for committed, enthusiastic, energetic and friendly volunteers to help out. In the lead-up to and during the festival, we need people to help with special events, mailings, tickets, act as ushers, etc. Volunteering with Reel Asian is a great way to meet others who are interested in film and Asian culture and get a closer look into the production of a community-based film and video festival.

Marketing Committee Members - Want to help spread the word about Reel Asian in your community? Reel Asian is looking for dedicated and resourceful volunteers to generate buzz about the festival and all its programming. We'll give you the tools to help you reach out to your personal networks, through social media technology and word-of-mouth.

Special Events Committee Members - Reel Asian is more than just sold-out film screenings and busy industry series sessions - there are all the parties, receptions, and special events that make up the whole festival experience. If you love the nightlife and have a knack for putting parties together, the special events committee is the place for you. We're looking for organized and self-sufficient volunteers to help us make sure every event runs smoothly.
