Greetings Colins: I am a volunteer working with Lifewater Canada (www.lifewater.ca) We have been working in Africa to educate and train African nationals how to drill safe water wells, construct latrines and conduct health & Hygiene workshops. I would really appreciate help in any research around mobilizing the local people to help with each project. Ways to get them involved, to motivate them to help with labour, pay some USD, security, feeding work team etc.
