Mentor newcomer and at risk youth

Do you want to build your resume, meet new people, make a difference and have a lot of fun at the same time?

We need volunteers - especially guys 16 - 29 years old - to mentor newcomer and at risk youth. You'll both benefit. We train you, and you can do it on your own schedule.

Volunteer Description:

We need volunteers to provide positive support, coaching and leadership to youth on a one-to-one basis or in groups including after school programs, arts and/or recreational activities. Second language skills are sought but not required. Attend attractions, professional sports events, etc. together. FREE passes/tickets provided. Scholarships available. Comprehensive training provided. Young professionals and post secondary students/grads needed.

Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Markham, Richmond Hill, more...

Those interested in applying should attend the next Volunteer Information Session on Thursday October 21, 2009 - RSVP your seat because seats are limited.
