Well of Change - We are passionate, moving fast, and just getting started. We are looking for awesome people who want to change the world and believe in our initiative. We are flexible on tools, technology, and our approach. We want your input, don't like waste and we like to iterate. Join our team in designing and implementing WOC`s corporate website. The applicant's key responsibilities will include using their artistic eye to set up web pages and converting content to web format. The position requires the ability to write HTML, JavaScript & CSS code. Good communication skills are required.

If you are motivated by social change and have the following:
- Knowledge of cross browser capabilities
- Excellent knowledge of cross-browsers incompatibilities
- Search Engine Optimization strategies
- Good knowledge of web standards, usability and accessibility issues
- 3+ years of HTML, CSS and Javascript
- 3+ years of Photoshop
- 3+ years of Dreamweaver or similar
- Flash is an asset
