Eden Mills
Two couples lead the residents of Eden Mills to make changes to bring their carbon emissions back into balance.
Inspired by their young son to make big environmental changes - Glen and Libby Little joined w/friends Charles and Anna Simon mobilize the residents of their village of Eden Mills. The goal: become the first carbon neutral village in North America. After completing a village-wide household Footprint Survey, the two couples led the residents of Eden Mills to make changes that are helping to bring their carbon emissions back into balance. The innovative initiative was also named one of the ten finalists in Earth Day’s Hometown Heroes competition.
