If you enjoy working with children, come share in the excitement of the Canada International Children’s Art Festival as a volunteer!
The 2012 Canada International Children’s Art Festival is scheduled to be held from July 21-August 2, 2012 at Nathan Phillips Square, City Hall of Toronto. Each year the festival has a creative theme. The theme for this year is “Green Life, we create together”. Through this theme, children and youth are encouraged to help protect our world and save the environment.
Feb 1 to July 22, 2012 – This year’s festival preparation period needs volunteers in the following areas:
-Event Coordination
-Marketing & Communications
-Fundraising
-General Administration
-Writing & Research
-Translation
(It would be helpful if the volunteer could speak one of these languages: Arabic, Spanish, Italian, French, Hindi, Chinese, Korean, Japanese)
Volunteers who complete one or more full shifts will receive:
- A volunteer certificate
- A festival name badge
