About Us

Aiming to improve the physical, emotional and mental health of our community.

Community Environment Alliance of Peel (CEA) is a registered, non-profit, community based organization dedicated to promoting sustainability through education and empowerment at the grassroots level. We welcome strategic partnerships with likeminded organizations for collaborative opportunities aimed at fostering grassroots actions in strengthening community vitality and sustainability.

Our Mission:

* To educate people on environmental protection and resource conservation
* To alleviate poverty and help improve the quality of life of people
* To enhance social equality and promote diversity
* To help strengthen local economy

* Minimizes the generation of e-waste by promoting community-based reuse and recycling of computers and peripherals (printers, scanners and accessories)

* Provides newcomers, low-income families and the disadvantaged with used/refurbished computers to ensure equitable access to information and technology benefits to all

* Improves the environmental health of the community by diverting toxic e-waste from entering into landfills and minimizing the potential environmental and human health impacts.

* Raises public awareness of environmental and human health impacts of e-waste

* Reduces digital divide and build an e-inclusive society to empowering people and enable them to play effective roles in this information society

* Strengthens community sustainability and improve the quality of life by integrating environmental improvement with social well-being.

* Share-IT benefits: Low income families/New immigrants in need/Seniors on marginal income
Students in need/Persons with special needs/Qualified start-up ventures/Non-Profit/community-based agencies

How To Get Involved With Us



Share-IT accepts used equipment, preferably in working condition. To donate used equipments and computer(s) please call Share-IT at 905.463.9941 to schedule a drop off time. Donations are accepted at our facility at 222 Advance Blvd. Unit 7, Brampton.

Equipment donations are accepted between:

Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 3:30pm

Volunteers are the backbone of CEA's function and success. If you are a passionate individual who wants to make a difference, we would like to hear from you!

You can also fill out our Volunteer Registration Form and drop it off at our office (7-222 Advance Blvd, Brampton) Monday-Friday between 10am-3pm.
