Its very name – ANNISAA – brings out the message that we want to convey. ANNISAA ORGANIZATION OF CANADA aims to establish the truth about Muslim women, in its entire splendour. Also, the Organization aspires to promote moral values and eliminating non-values that have invaded society by means of error.

In reading ANNISAA MAGAZINE, you help us to change society’s view about us Muslimahs and help those around you to better understand us. The content of ANNISAA MAGAZINE is an inexhaustible source of information and recommendations for a better life. Through ANNISAA MAGAZINE, Muslim women may acquire not only knowledge but also combined with the high moral qualities that Islam seeks, makes great future mothers of the Ummah.

Our role

* Promoting the best interest of the Muslim women and their families’ rights within the Canadian society.
* Providing a real “voice” for the Muslim women in a time of change.
* Promoting interest in education, research, sports and recreation, social development, Islamic spiritual advancement and moral values.
* Sponsoring literary, art and other educational and cultural events, festivals, and conventions for the promotion of Islam and Muslims.

How To Get Involved With Us

If you are interested in making a commitment to volunteering, developing the potential of Muslim women and improving the Muslim communities in the Greater Toronto area, we would love to hear from you!

We are executives, community leaders, entrepreneurs, wives, mothers, daughters, sisters and professionals. We welcome women of all backgrounds, ages, and nationalities who show an interest in and commitment to voluntarism.

Be a Volunteer: Being a newly established Non-Profit Organization there are many position available to fill in the following areas: Journalism, Marketing, Video/Multimedia, Business Development, Graphic Design/Photography, Administration, Social Services.

Be an intern: Are you looking for practical, real-world experience with a number of different tasks and duties, and expanding your network of working, professional women? ANNISAA ORGANIZATION OF CANADA offers Internships year-round.
