When KAY BLAIR came to MicroSkills there were four employees and two desks. Today, she manages over 70 employees and has a client base of over 20,000. At Microskills, Kay has dedicated her life to helping at-risk women and new Canadians establish themselves by teaching them the business and life skills they need to be successful. Counseling, training, employment and self-employment services are just some of the options available to her many clients.
