When KAY BLAIR came to MicroSkills there were four employees and two desks. Today, she manages over 70 employees and has a client base of over 20,000. At Microskills, Kay has dedicated her life to helping at-risk women and new Canadians establish themselves by teaching them the business and life skills they need to be successful. Counseling, training, employment and self-employment services are just some of the options available to her many clients. Under Kay's dynamic leadership, MicroSkills has been reinvented and is considered highly successful by its many funders and has won her accolades including the YWCA's Women of Distinction Award.
